Aviram joined the Afcon Group in 2018, following more than 40 years in managerial, business development and engineering positions. In recent years Aviram served in senior business development and technology management positions for MotoRad that develops, manufactures and supplies innovative thermostat solutions and engine management solutions; and prior to that at Taavura – Israel’s largest road haulage and logistics company As an entrepreneur Aviram managed and owned various business activities and holds multiple patents and inventions in the fields of hydraulics and mechanical engineering.
Aviram holds an MSc. in mechanical engineering and a B.A in business administration and management.

Eyal joined AfconSWS in 2020, bringing more than 35 years in various positions in the high-tech industry, from software engineering in early 1980s, through marketing, management and business development positions. Eyal is responsible for the business aspects, , marketing, sales and partnerships. Eyal served for about 14 years as Senior Vice President of Unitronics and coordinated IPO and public offering processes, investor relations, marketing and international trade. Eyal established and participated as an entrepreneur and leader in activities and projects in various fields and engaged in consulting and training for corporates and senior managements.

Anat joined AfconSWS in 2020 following a 20-year career in customer success, support, and professional services management. Anat leads the company’s Customer Success including Support ,On-boarding, Professional Services and Service Business operation.
Prior to that Anat served as the VP Customer Success at Stratoscale. Earlier she held a VP Customer Care position at Exlibris managing delivery and Support group worldwide, and several leadership roles at Nice Systems (Nasdaq: NICE) including responsibility for Customer Support and Professional Service. Anat holds a BSc in Computer Science and Economy from Bar Ilan University in Israel.

Avi joined AfconSWS in 2019, bringing 37 years of experience in IT. Avi is responsible to translate business strategy and product lines business requirements into IT vision, strategy and proper technologies and architecture.

Asaf joined AfconSWS in 2020, bringing over 25 years of experience in the field of information systems and technology, having held senior executive and management positions in global industries.
Asaf brings vast experience in leading, designing, managing and implementing strategic global projects and digital products from planning to delivery.
Asaf holds B.A. in business management and practical software engineering

Maya oversees product management, engineering and research, and responsible for product strategy and design. Prior to this, Maya was responsible for setting and implementing quality control procedures and methodologies and managing products’ life cycle.
Maya gained over 20 years of working experience with the Afcon group, originally managing complex Management and Control and SCADA/HMI projects, based on Pulse and its predecessor product.

Victor has been with the Afcon group for over 20 years, serving today as a system architect and SCADA/HMI expert and therefore involved in the design and architecture of AfconSWS line of products.
Following his early days in the software business as developer and team leader for various projects such as cellular control of vending machines, Victor has been part of the design and development of Pulse and its predecessor product within the Afcon group and gained vast experience with the products and their implementations

Shlomi has been heading our technical support and services since 2013. joined the Afcon group nearly 25 years ago, previously serving as team leader for all global technical support, responsible for assisting all global partners both on technical care and quoting projects upgrades. Prior to that Shlomi served as a project manager and technical leader, responsible for flagship projects in Afcon’s Fire & Security division.
Shlomi holds a Practical Software Engineer degree.
