Pulse 5.0 is now available. Pulse is a product designed to provide operational and management levels in organizations with tools for making better decisions by presenting available, reliable, and relevant information. Extensive knowledge and experience have been applied to the development of Pulse, which is an innovative generation of monitoring and control software and its predecessor P-CIM. P-CIM was offered to our customers worldwide for nearly three decades.
Pulse 5.0, which was just released, includes several internal infrastructure enhancements and “under the hood” improvements needed to facilitate the interface with other Pulse products, which primary purpose is to transform data into valuable knowledge.
Pulse 5.0 also includes significant improvements to the setup process, user interface improvements (Pulse’s powerful graphics engine), graphic object updates, a new clipart library that allows customers to build innovative and up-to-date applications, and numerous bug fixes.
Among the other differences between Pulse 5.0 and the previous version (Pulse Version 2020):
Afcon Software Solutions’ Customer Success and Professional Services departments are preparing to expand the product portfolio in both technical support and the establishment of a new training set, including the preparation of online courses and assistance in application development and system deployment. The company’s service and support department is open during normal business hours on Sundays through Thursdays and offers several options for purchasing extended services.
As part of improving and updating the service and support policy, purchasers and upgraders of Pulse 5.0 will receive 12 months of free service (normal operation hours) and upgrades.
